Use it every day!

By getting in the habit of using the Site to journal the things you're grateful for, you begin to reprogram your mind to focus on the good things in your life. These days we absolutely have to do this in order to counteract the negative affects of the media and advertising.

Using a system like this is the only defense we have against complete mind control by "the machine".

Enter the things you're grateful for any time you think of them or when something wonderful happens to you. Then it's a great idea to read over everything you've posted last thing before bed. This will put your mind in a positive state right before sleeping, so you can wake up rested and feeling good. Plus your subconscious mind will be communicating positive messages to the universe all night and the things your subconscious mind thinks ultimately come back to you in physical form. (See Philosophy for more about this.)

Understand the Philosophy

By understanding the mechanisms at work and the positive affects the an "attitude of gratitude" can have on your life, you empower yourself both to take action by using this site and to short-circuit negative thought patterns that can undermine the potential results.

Read the Morning Prayer every day

The benefits of this can not be overstated. It will put your mind in a positive and receptive state so you're more able to recognize and receive the blessings that come to you throughout the day.

Take it on faith and read it every morning for 1 week . . . and see what happens. You'll notice so many positive changes that you'll want to keep reading it every morning.

Share it with your friends and family

This Site is my gift to you. It can also be your gift to anyone you care about. Send it to your friends, family and business associates. There's nothing more important than expressing gratitude for the blessings in our lives, so why not share the opportunity to do that with the people close to you?
